Law, Culture, and Society
Series Editor(s): A. Javier Trevino
The Law, Culture, and Society Series is a collection of classical, interdisciplinary, and contemporary writings dealing with the interplay between law and society. The titles in this series include republications of classical works with new introductions prepared by contemporary scholars in the field. It also seeks new titles of original, empirical and theoretical, studies having to do with a variety of legal issues—e.g., immigration, citizenship, abortion, terrorism, policing, crime, restorative justice—in the context of society. The series draws on a wide range of themes in the areas of law and society, socio-legal studies, the sociology of law and the anthropology of law.
