Q: What are my payment options? A: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa or check payment by mail (checks in USA dollars -- drawn on USA bank). Please contact our Customer Service Department for information on payment by Wire Transfer: orders@transactionpub.com.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card? A: Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. Each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.
Q: Will I receive a receipt for my credit card purchase? A: A credit card receipt as well as a paid invoice will accompany your shipment.

Q: May I remit payment in any foreign currency or in Canadian Dollars? A: All remittances should be made in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Please refer to Ordering Outside USA for placing orders through our International Distributors
Q: What are your shipping rates? A: For book orders shipping within the USA, we charge $7.00 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book in the same order. For air-expedited delivery outside USA we charge $15.50 for the first book and $7.50 for each additional book. Please review Ordering Outside USA at left when placing orders through our International Distributors.
Q: How long will it take to process my order - when will I receive my book? A: Most orders are processed within 72 hours. Standard shipment is by UPS ground, which will take from 2 to 6 days depending upon your distance from our New Jersey location. You may arrange for faster delivery at additional cost -- please call our Customer Service Department at 732-445-1245 or Toll Free within USA 888-999-6778.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? A: Individuals may modify prior to shipment. Booksellers please refer to our return policy.
Q: What is your Individual Returns Policy? A: Return Policy: Sales to Individuals are final. Should you receive a damaged or defective copy please return it within 30 days with a copy of your original invoice for a free replacement. Booksellers have up to 365 days from invoice date to return books in saleable condition. Q: How can I order a desk and/or examination copy of a book? A: Request for examination copies should include: title description, edition, author and ISBN. Please email your request to orders@transactionpub.com and provide your name, school address, and contact information along with the name of your institution, course enrollment, department and anticipated semester. A maximum of three paperback titles will be sent on approval with an invoice to your university address. Upon adoption please provide to publisher a *“Notice of Adoption” to clear invoice charges from your account. If not adopted, you may pay the invoice and keep the book or return it within 90 days of the invoice date. Cloth titles requested for examination must be prepaid, but we will issue upon your *“Notice of Adoption” a credit memorandum, or, if you prefer, a refund.
Request for desk copy should include: title description, edition, author and ISBN. Please email your request to orders@transactionpub.com and provide your name, school address, and contact information along with a *“Notice of Adoption”. Transaction Publishers is pleased to provide a desk copy, sent free-of-charge to the instructor upon receipt of a bookstore order for 10 or more copies. Additional desk copies upon request will be provided at the discretion of the publisher not to exceed 1 copy per additional 25 copies ordered: Desk copies that are requested prior to publisher’s receipt of a qualifying bookstore order would be sent under our examination copy policy above.
By acceptance of these terms and policies, instructor agrees not to sell the requested materials.
*A qualifying “Notice of Adoption” acknowledges a bookstore purchase of 10 or more copies and provides bookstore name/address and purchase order. At Publisher’s discretion additional sources of purchase may be considered to qualify for minimum purchase.
Q: What is your Bookseller Returns Policy? A: Booksellers: Orders are shipped UPS. Books in saleable condition may be returned not less than three months nor more than one year after the date of invoice for full credit; books returned after one year of the date of invoice will not be accepted. Send returns only to our warehouse in Edison, with a copy of the original invoice and/or packing slip indicating the number of copies of each title being returned and the original purchase order number. Returns to our Publication Office are subject to a service charge. The bookseller is responsible for all charges incurred in making returns unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
